credit card first statement

Hi I did a balance transfer on to a post office card and all went fine but when I log on now it shows as this

£0.00
Previous balance £0.00
Cash advance £0.00
Purchases £0.00

Interest charges £0.00
  • Payments £0.00
  • New balance £0.00
  • Overdue balance £0.00
  • This months payments £0.00
  • Total minimum payment due £0.00
so no balance and no credit limit i am sure i must be due a statement soon.

I've had a Post Office account for a while and used it for a balance transfer. I paid that off several months ago. My online account then showed exactly the same as yours - zeroes everywhere. I've since started to use the account again but it still shows zeroes on the online account page. Quite frankly, I've never ever seen such a poor online account as this one! It's utterly rubbish. Shambolic. It's run by the Bank of Ireland.

LOL! I've just logged in to have a look to verify my last post. It is now working! I promise, this is the first time this page has shown anything but zeroes since I cleared the balance months ago!

This refers to the card details and transactions overview page, not the statement.

I'm sorry for this - I've now looked at my most recent statement. Yes. It's all zeros although I actually have a small credit balance. And a limit of 10k. The formatting doesn't work but here it is:

    Date Description Amount £

    Credit limit £0.00
    Previous balance £0.00
    Cash advance £0.00
    Purchases £0.00
    Interest charges £0.00
    Payments £0.00
    New balance £0.00
    Overdue balance £0.00
    This months payments £0.00
    Total minimum payment due £0.00
