Hire companies using ditchfinders......

Didn't expect a van from one of the big hire companies to have Hinglong's DingDong tyres on the front - not even the same on both sides (two different ditchfinders) :eek:

    Said van has done 34k on a 10 plate. Rear tyres are Pirelli and don't look 34k miles old so you might be right :eek:

    Also has anyone noticed hire cars all smell the same? They must all use the same air freshener when valeting lol

    People have swapped engines and gearboxes out of hire cars - so I imagine wheels and tyres could be a regular thing.

    Yeah :D

    Was happy with the service and they didn't even charge me their young driver surcharge ;). Ended up costing £40 for a day including the "bring it back through the window backwards on fire and we'll ask no questions" cover :rotfl:
