npower dual fuel standard tariff

Need some help please,
After a telephone call with Npower I have found that I am on the standard tariff. I have been with this company for over 10 years. I would like to change company's but am worried about doing so.
Any hints or tips would be fantastic. It is so confusing!!!!

mary1 Go onto a comparison webb-sight, I have found UKpower is the best. Follow the links and change to, well just about any other supplier. Be brave, and go and save. All you have to do is put in your usage details and they will do the rest.0
