I wonder if you wait until late in the day just before closing time will you manage to get them cheaper with a yellow Whoopsie sticker.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

It appears Tesco is operating as a middle man.
The terms and conditions say your contract is with the seller, not Tesco Cars.
Quoting:
20.1 If you buy a car on Tescocars.com you will have a contract with the Seller (and not Tesco Cars) for the purchase of the car. In some instances, the Seller will be Carsite (trading as Tesco Cars). If this is the case, we will notify you, in the normal way, that Carsite is the Seller in accordance with paragraph 8.2. There is no difference to your contract with the Seller if it is Carsite or one of the other Sellers.

Seems unnecessarily complicated to me, particularly as the cars do not seem very cheap.
Pal of mine had a quick look for a small Citroen and found a lower mileage and slightly better specced car at his local dealer for the same money.0 -
I can see it now, some daft bint walks into Tesco and heads to the customer services desk to complain about an out of date pack of bacon she just bought and says "oh by the way, my cars making a strange noise and I want someone to look at it!!!". Customer services person gets on the tannoy and calls in Fred from the deli counter, Fred rips off his apron like some demented superman and runs through the store with his bag of spanners...... And then, AND THEN!!!.....
Oh sod it im bored :rotfl:
Seriously though, with the utter stupidity of the nation, Tesco customer services must be dreading this.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

All Tesco have done is provided a brand front for Carsite to appeal to a wider range of people, that's all.
Autoquake demonstrated selling ex fleet $hite doesn't always make you money, so I'm watching this closely. I guess Tesco won't need to resort to spamming forums though0 -
I wonder if they will do a Tesco Value Car with blue and white stripes:rotfl:"I think I spent 72.75% of my life last year in the office. I need a new job!!"0

Its what chat forums are for especially one about motoring
If no one asked questions there wouldnt be a forum and what appears a simple question to one person may not be simple to someone else.
Nice to see so many friendly helpful people on here
Just to add, why did you "clog" the forum up with when is a 10 plate not a 10 plate..sorry but i dont see the difference
A very simple google search will find the OP's answer. Hence the reason why someone posted a link to google.
However, my post a few days ago asking "when can a 10 plate not be a 10 plate" still remains unanswered as no one knows the asnwer, but people are searching around.0 -
Wonder if you get a good deal with clubcard points.
(just off to google it)0
