Primus evil line rental

hi guys - please help. I took out a primus line rental deal last year and cancelled it after 1 month - I never received anything from them other than e-mails saying I was with them and they would cancel all my calls with Sky - by the time I got this it was all too late for me to cancel blah blah blah.
I have cancelled the service, paid them for the month I used it plus the calls I made. They have BOMBARDED me now since last October to pay up the £122 paid I would have used over the next 11 months. They send me letters and have taken to phoning me at WORK - Seriously not happy - Otelo can't help and now Primus have sent this debt to a third party and told me i would be blacklisted.
Gutted, I am 35 with good credit history and mortgages etc.
please please can someone help me?:mad::mad::mad:

You signed up for a 12 month contract and then just left after one month? Sounds like the problem is of your own making.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Their customer service is good when they want your money, trying to contact them for anything else is the opposite ! :rotfl:0
