Don't forget to request cheque if account in credit when you leave utility supplier
I have just received my final gas and electricity statements from my supplier. I called to see when they would be crediting my bank with the amount they owe me and suprise suprise it's not automatically done. You have to request a cheque.
I'm sure this has been discussed before but I thought a reminder to those changing supplier in credit would not go amiss.

it seems to depend who you are with. I've alway found so far, that they have automatically refunded me.0
