Y-tech Solutions phone scam?

Not sure if this the place to ask, but I've had a lot of junk calls recently despite being on the Telephone Preference Service (all international). I've now got Caller ID to screen calls, so I guess that's the best I can do.
My question, though is about this: this morning my wife answered a call from someone claiming to be Y-tech Solutions and got the "something's wrong with your computer, it's emailed us on behalf of Microsoft" nonsense. She got a UK number out of them to call them back (yeah right...) - 02025133309. There must be someone I can report this to, but I'm not sure who. Any suggestions?

No such UK Numbering Range
See: http://www.telecom-tariffs.co.uk/codelook.htm
If you get a proper UK Number complain here http://complaints.tpsonline.org.uk/Consumer/0 -
As the number is bogus (no surprise there), there's nothing you can do except pat yourself on the back for not being taken in and handing over access to your computer to overseas criminals.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Oh, well, OK. Never mind then!
It's very frustrating that BT etc can't deal with these junk calls better; they seem completely helpless (hopeless...) when the calls come from abroad.0
