Primus - Can I renew through Home Phone Choices?

I went through Home Phone Choices 12 months ago and got the £8.99 a month Primus Saver deal. Now my 12 months are up, Home Phone Choices have the deal on at £7.99 a month. Can I just apply though Hone Phone Choices again even though I am already with Primus (was with BT before).

  • I have no idea about whether you can go through that website, perhaps try calling them but I wanted to ask if Primus are good in your view? Iv read some horror stories but am considering moving from my current BT at £13.60 to the Primus £7ish deal.

    Many thanks!

You don't need to 'renew'-after your 12m you are automatically on a 30 day rolling contract. The contract doesn't just end after 12m.

Thanks for the link. Guess I will continue on the £8.99 rolling 30 day contract. Primus has been fine for me, no noticeable quality difference compared to BT. My Be BB was unaffected and I have only had to contact Primus once and they were helpful. Overall a good experience so far. I hope that helps.
