No, it's rubbish like this that should be wiped out. If it's "BLACK" Wednesday then so be it.
And some schools still have BLACK boards whether the p c brigade like it or not.......:mad:I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left. :rolleyes:0 -
Apparently after al-Fayed put up a statue to Michael Jackson outside Craven Cottage, a statue to Jim Bowen is going up outside the Emirates Stadium. The plaque will read, simply, "Let's take a look at what you coulda won".
I guess it'll be a turkey outside WHL to celebrate stuffing?0 -

They got us into this mess, you'd think they'd have some idea of how they'd have got us out of it.
Is that the reason why they lost the election last May?
Hmmm.
It looks like the the Tory political cliches are hitting their mark so why shouldn't the Ed's have a go
Another fine mess.
'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
From Alistair Darling's budget speech March 2010.Halving the deficit
Today Labour has shown it is the only party in British politics with a clear and detailed plan to halve the deficit.

Ed should give a budget speech?0 -

Why do we need detailed plans from Labour? Did the Conservatives submit a detailed shadow budget when they were in opposition?0 -

For me personally it would be nice if the shadow bunch, (whoever they might be @ the time), would put a bit more meat on the bones on their criticism of the government, rather than just lobbing sh*te @ them.
Still I suppose that's the good bit of being opposition. Just being able to say no without saying why.
Set your goals high, and don't stop till you get there.

Why do we need detailed plans from Labour?
Because they had one. (I have no interest politically). It's like working for a Company where the Board of Directors don't tell the management the plan.
At the end of the day big announcements alone can only steer direction and attitude. To effect real change. Plans require highly detailed localised input. If you've ever turned around a Company that's on its knees you'll know what I'm referring too.0 -

Agreed. It's always been lobbing sh*te, and probably always will be. Was just wondering why we need detailed plans now from the opposition. And before anyone accuses me of being a Labour hack: Balls is a sh*telobber.0
