Changing e mail options from my pictures

When I have "my pictures" open and select a file there is the option in Files and Folders to " e mail this file". When I use this option windows opens Outlook express, but I use Outlook as my e mail programme. Does any one know how to change this default to Outlook?

Have already done this, these settings have Outlook as default, and this is OK for normal use . It is only when selecting "E mail this file" from file and folder tasks on the left of the open window that it opens outlook express, not outlook.

Close IE, go into Internet Options, change email to OE, click OK and exit. Go back to Internet Options and change email back to Outlook.

Ironically my default is outlook express but my pics kept being sent to outlook. Now fixed thanks to Chippy.
