Quick Transfer question

I want to Transfer my Santander Isa which I opened 27/3/10(2009/2010 tax year) to the Halifax 3% ISA. If I do this will I also be able to Transfer another Halifax ISA (opened 27/5/10)to the same Halifax 3% one when it gets to the end of it's term on 27/5/11?
