Joint names or just myself when claiming on a joint account?

I have done all the preliminary letters to the Halifax Bank and they have refused to reimburse me the 744.00 (offered 200.00 which I declined)
Im just in the process on registering my claim on Money claim online but i am unsure if I should put both myself and my husband as the claimants or just myself?
It is a joint account and I have put both names on the letters but signed it just from myself and it will be myself doing it all as my husband doesn't have a clue etc
Any ideas? Do I register as Mr & Mrs X or just Mrs X

Either way should be fine. One of the claims I'm doing for someone else is a joint account, but I've done the claim the whole way through in just one of the account holders names. We are now at court stage (I've just received the allocation questionnaire and the banks defence).
The issue of the claim being made in just one name (rather than both account holders names) has not come up at all (or caused any problems). How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

My OH has an account that he wants to claim back his unfair charges from. Until June 04 it was a joint account that he held with his then wife, and he converted it to a sole account around that time. Obviously, he'd only claim any charges since that time, but would it make any difference to the type of templates etc that he sends?
Thanks in advance.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

Hi Nicky
I've moved your post over to the other thread asking the same question. My reply before your posts should answer what you need to know. In that instance it was also for a seperated couple, the claim I made was only in the husbands name. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
