I've sent two e-mails asking about my code and each time they say they will send it, but nothing. The very first voucher code I asked for was sent quite quickly, so I don't know whats going on now. Just filled my details in on the link on the previous post so hope I get a reply from that, will keep you posted

    Dear xxxx,

    Thank you for your email.

Please find attached the original code that we sent you.

    Kind regards,

They have sent me back the email I sent them yesterday with the TRANSACTION number on it instead of the reward code! What is the point in that?

Edit: the code was attached to the email (having a blonde moment!)

I've just had a reply back too. No joy for me though, it just said that the order codes for my batch are still being processed.

I was exactly the same - was looking all over for the code and realised it was in huge bold letters right at the bottom of the email, took me ages to find it though:embarasse

I got an e-mail with an attached code they said they had sent me previously, but I hadn't received it. I filled in all the details and which voucher I wanted so hopefully it will arrive before xmas. To be fair they have replied quickly to my e-mail this time, so here's hoping it will arrive soon

  • Hi all
I've only joined recently but am not sure this one is as good as some of the others. It seems most of their surveys take 25 mins and you only get 100 points. How many points do you have to build up to turn them into vouchers? Do you all think this site is worth it compared to some of the others e.g. Valued Opinions, Ciao etc? Thanks for any opinions.

500 points gives you a £5 voucher. I've found that I get more surveys from them than anyone else and I like the fact that there is a large choice of vouchers to chose from so I would say they are worth it for me. I've had over £40 of vouchers since May.
