I ordered a voucher off them bout 6 weeks ago and heared nothing, i emailed lauren last week and got a reply saying 'if you dont get a code in a week email me back and let me know'

I know everyone has problems with the vouchers all i wanted to know is do they give you extra points for mucking up?

what do u exactly get ?...i just redeemed yesterday ...it's a code by e-mail?...does anyone has an idea?

Yeh i think they send you a code and you put it in somewere and you choose what voucher you want, not sure though

I've been waiting for my code for 7 weeks now. I've emailed them twice: the first time I got an automated message saying it's on re-order. They haven't replyed to my second email. Did you email lauren.gb@lightspeedpanel.com ? I think I'll email them again but I'm not hopeful for a human response.

yes they email you a code then you can order the voucher which gets posted or emailed if its an e voucher

I had arcadia vouchers ! weird how they dont have a list on their rewards page !?!

My vouchers took about 5 weeks to arrive - in fact they came yesterday! I was worried that I'd hear nothing from them, but patience is a virtue...!

It takes weeks and weeks and many mails to get the codes emailed. Keep mailing lauren - you will get them in the end!!

I got mine yesterday after ordering it on the 21st so it didnt take long at all

all you get is a code to put into a website then you choose from a wide range of shops including - argos, burton, homebase, b&q, firebox, hmv, comet, debenhams, gap, odeon, iceland, marriot, pizza hut, jjb, la senza, topman - and a few more i can't think of

Im in the same boat - ive been waiting for 5 weeks for a voucher code from them. Since Ive got to use the code to order a voucher and then that takes forever to come - maybe Ill get my voucher in time for easter.

Ive emailled them 3 times now and still waiting.
