I wonder if he holds the record on MSE for being on more ignore lists than anyone else?

I really hope so as it would mean that it would be another record in my collection and I've got loads of them.;):)

In what way did you have trouble accessing the car park?

Was the entrance blocked in some way?

Entrance is controlled by automatic barriers. They weren't working on that Sunday when I tried to do my shopping. Pressed the help button numerous times next to the barrier but didn't get any response so I complained as advised in my 1st post.

    Was the car park empty?

Where did you do your shopping?

It was approx 40% full. I was just unlucky that the automatic barriers stopped working when I got to the car park. A long queue of cars soon developed behind me. I and the other cars just reversed and turned around to leave.

Cars could still leave the car park as the automatic exit barriers were working fine.

The exec team advised me that the Sainsburys staff had to manually force the barriers up to enable customers to access their store. They also advised that they lost a lot of business on that Sunday.

I drove 3 miles to my nearest Tescos and did my shopping there instead.
