emachines warranty

I bought a 3 yr extended warranty for an emachines laptop from emachines store.
The laptop was faulty and unfit of purpose. John Lewis gave a full refund after 6 frustrating months (excellent service).
The warranty which cost £56 is now useless. It commenced after 1 year and covered years 2 and 3.
I have searched the internet for someone to make a refund claim against but without success.
The Technical Services in Plymouth, presumably working on a sub-contract basis, don't want to know.
Emachines store appears to be operated by an IT outfit in Luxembourg but deny any knowledge when emailed.
I found an email address for their Data Protection office and sent an email asking that it be forwarded to the appropriate department but, guess what, no response.
The one address I haven't tried is the main HO in S. Korea.
Does anyone know who benefits from the premiums paid and therefore would be appropriate to make a claim against?

Not so easy peasy. These are the North American sites, mine was bought in the UK. I've already followed these routes both in the UK and North America. The Tech Support are just that, techies at a sub-contractor who have no idea of contractual arrangements.0
