I'm really sorry that your dog is ill.
There's nowhere that you can get those drugs without a prescription I'm afraid.
I don't think it's just a case of handing over a prescription, there are certain rules that vets have to follow when prescribing certain drugs, and the dog would have to be checked at certain regular intervals. I think I'm correct in this, but it's from memory.
Have you explained the situation to the vet. Perhaps you could work something out with him/her. (I'm assuming money is an issue, if I'm wrong with my assumption, I apologise)
I really hope you can work something out

You could ask your vet for a prescription and get it filled elsewhere, if you google the medication it'll come up with a few site's where it can be bought. The vet will charge for the prescription but it could work out cheaper for you.0

Hi, as others have said you will need a prescription from your vet.
Mine charge £9.30 but they are able to prescribe for 6 months worth of medication on the one prescription.
Mr B has medication that I can buy online for £26/bottle (incl p&p), compared to £68 @ vets.
So for 6 months medicine it works out at £87.30 compared to £204 is I bought it at the vets.
Fingers crossed for you and your beloved.
I shop around but have found these people really good - great prices and really fantastic customer service:
