When to buy dollars?

Withdraw on the debit card, spend on the credit card.

Whilst Lloyds may 'murder you with charges', so will a BdeC to (usually) a slightly greater extent.

Hi Dzug im pretty green where all this loading and shorthand of banking etc is concerned and so BdeC is that a currency exchange?

I am looking to go to america next year - should I start buying dollars now and stash the cash or is there a way of openning a dollar bank account?
