Hello everyone,
This is my first post so hope you are nice!!
I've lurked around this forum without posting for a few weeks now especially the matched betting forum which I have found to be really useful.
Only thing is that the PC I have been using belongs to my work and they want to give me a newer model and pass the old one to a more junior colleague.
A co-worker has informed me that I really shouldn't have been using the PC for home internet especially not for the hundreds of betting sites I have been visiting these past few weeks, in my matched betting activities!!!
Can anyone advise how I can clear all trace of the betting sites I have been visiting?
I have already done tools>internet options>clear history/delete files and delete cookies and cleared the programs from control panel>add/remove programs.
Is there anything else I should clear?
Thank you everyone

tools, internet options, content, autocomplete, clear forms and passwords, then install and run these, ticking all boxes.

You could also try index.dat Suite, it's freeware.
http://support.it-mate.co.uk/?mode=Products&p=index.datsuite
It does leave a MSDos Batch file file called 'run' on C: drive which shows the location of the files which have been removed, but you can just delete it.I love my spell checker, it stops me making all sorts of stupid smelling mistakes. :doh:0 -
You might also want to wipe all the files that you have deleted in the past that may be still available:http://www.lifehacker.com/software/data-recovery/download-of-the-day-undelete-plus-windows-217352.php
That Undelete program that was listed there the other day seems to have an option to wipe old files.
(though I haven't personally used that one, I've used Restoration to wipe files- also mentioned on that page)0
