.... or know someone who suffers, ie a family member. I answered re: my aunty (question 1 or 2, can't remember now, asks do you or any other family member have diabetes) Never put tables and chairs in the same room.
If they congregate together for any length of time, they will inevitably hatch plots against you and your pets.

The survey is about 15 questions and is only really applicable to people with diabetes otherwise you won't know what half the questions mean!
