Sky Email Wont Open

for the last couple of days lve been unable to open my email using my laptop, when l click on it nothing happens has anyone got any ideas, thanks in advance

Presumably Sky Email is a web based interface?
Try seeing if you can open it using another browser.0 -
Sky Email is powered by Google, its an OEM Gmail.
Perhaps OP has entered their username/password incorrectly.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Ahh ok.
Only two things that could go wrong:
1. Incorrect credentials as you say - try to recover your credentials using the forgot password links.
2. Browser is somehow muffed in which case, try GC or FF.0
