Bathroom Refit Help!

Morning all!
Im wondering if the clever folks in on this board can help me. We are currently refitting our bathroom/s on a budget and i have a few questions to help me keep the project moving.
we have a WC room next door to the main bathroom, which contains the bath and the sink. we have opted to keep this arrangement. we have started in the small WC and we have stripped out the old tiles and lowered the ceiling and fitted nice mini spotlights, but this has left some dodgy holes in the plaster behind the loo due to the age of the house (just over a 100 years old). i want to retile this section and I was thinking that using a section of plasterboard over the whole section would make the best surface for tiling on? if so, how do i go about this, with the toilet in place or wait til the loo is removed and replaced?
secondly, we are most definitely using plasterboard to deal with two rather wonky walls the main bathroom. my question here is, do i have the new suite fitted and board and tile around it, or do i put the walls up when the suite is out, then fit the new suite?
trying to work out when to call which tradespeople in, so any advice or tips is most appreciated

Remove WC, plaster and tile behind before fitting new..
Remove bath, plaster behind, fit new bath, tile above..
Remove WHB, plaster and tile behind before fitting new..0 -
If you are replacing the flooring - carpet/tiles/vinyl etc, then I would also suggest laying this before putting the WC and WHB back in - much easier and neater than trying to fit it around them both. So I would say:
Remove WC, plaster and tile behind, then lay floor, before fitting new..
Remove bath, plaster behind, fit new bath, tile above..
Remove WHB, plaster and tile behind, then lay floor, before fitting new..
Not really relevant to the bath, because you have the nice straight edge of the frame behind the panel to lay the flooring up to. Just remember to take into account the height of any flooring when adjusting the bath feet and fitting the panel.
