Holiday insurance for family of 6 - 3 adults

Hi there MSE's
We are going to Portugal in May and there are 6 of us. 3 of our party are adults and the other 3 are under 18. Does anyone know of a insurer that will cover a family of this size? Would it be cheaper to get a standard family policy and then add the other adult as a single person policy on top?
The compare sites only really deal with pegs that fit the whole stuff.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Direct travel do group policies (as distinct from family policies) - to qualify for a "family" you need to meet certain criteria.
If you do, then a family policy may be cheaper as children are included free on family policies - maybe do some quotes to see what is the best option (eg family + separate policies v group policy)0
