Afternoon all (I don't seem to be getting to this in the morning any more) :)

It was a bit of a manic morning, needing to be in two places in quick succession, with traffic heavier than usual.

    My list for the day:
    • checked online banking
    • checked for/done some surveys
    • made chicken pie and cauli cheese for dinner - just need to throw together some veg now
    • lunch on leftovers
    • rest of the family took packed lunches
    • resisted buying a coffee out despite having fasted (for blood tests) overnight, and feeling pretty desperate - came home, made coffee and ate homemade cake instead ;)
    • off to Morrisons later with DD and strict list
    • must get round to doing some comps before the school run

Hope everone's having a good day - stitchy, I really hope today's been better for you than yesterday :)

Hey Shezam, I paid about £570 for the 32gb wifi+3g one. They are actually slightly cheaper than the first Ipad, even with the current price drop. I bought it at the i-store online. 2/3 week wait though :-(

evening everyone, still in work as heading off to a meeting in town tonight so just killing time. Haven't been incredibly money focussed recently so I commit now to being better for the remainder of this week!
    • bought cheap ready meal from tesco and use work micro instead of hitting the chip shop even though they would taste WAY nicer.
    • checked banking - reasonably ok but I am angry that saving just slip through my fingers.
    • try to log in to virgin money who i have an ISA with and see how easy it is to use again and if I can transfer money over easy enough to make that a new savings pot
    • found my bus pass yesterday :T as some nice person handed it in so I used that instead of having to fork out on fares again.
    • Walk the mile to my meeting for free excersise rather than get bus
    • try to work hard in preperation for being off next week
    • research trip to Italy for me and dd. Anyone know of good package places? We want a all inclusive trip with set excursions iykwim. Found a couple of great trips but they dont seem to run in the weeks that we can go (want to go around the 30th July)
    • use dry shampoo which has been gathering dust in my work drawer as was too lazy to get in shower this morning!
    • charge mobile on work comp
    Thats me am afraid.
