Frontline bathrooms - Are they any good?

Has anyone heard of 'Frontline' bathrooms?

We had a Frontline bathroom in our last house and it was great, loads of choice and looked fantastic when the work was done.

I have two bathrooms fitted with Frontline, they look good but beware if you need spare parts. One of my shower cubicles ( 6 years old ) needs new rollers for the doors. These sadly are obsolete, there is no alternative to throwing it out and getting a new one.

You get what you pay for.
Frontline are part of the Grafton group who own the likes of Plumbase. There are a lot worse but a lot better too.
Tried TC Bathrooms? VG VFM in my opinion, and also lifetime warranties on all kit including things like tap cartridges!

Further to my recent posting re. Frontline Bathrooms, I tried to get the parts needed for my shower cubicle from a company called SHOWERPARTS.
Suffice it to say this was a waste of time, they have no customer service skills, they are incredibly rude and if anything is wrong it WILL be your fault.
I have now decided to scrap the old one and buy a different make.

I recently posted details of my experience with Frontline and my shower cubicle.
I decided to go for a different make as I was getting no worthwhile response from Frontline or their suppliers on that occasion.
However I had reason to contact them again regarding a seal on a pop up waste.
I spoke to Damon at Frontline who put me in touch with their suppliers (Ultra Finishing) from Burnley, I spoke to Matthew who said the part would be with me in 3 days.
True to his word the part arrived as stated and am happy to say it works fine.
So on this occasion I am happy with Frontline and Ultra Finishing.

frontline bathroom life time guarantee is worthless,would not be bad if there product was any good, my shower cubicle is useless,if you need a part they say there supplier has gone bust"thats tough".I wonder if they have any conection with the company that supplies flea products for pets.
