The cabinet would just be a wall hanging unit, rather than a tall standing one.
At the risk of repearting myself you must check your MIs in relation to required clearance round the beastie for access and operation.

    Cheers

  • i alway make a boiler cupboard if the customer wants it covering. As said you need to look at the MI's to find out distances but im sure a 500x900 door would be fine. It will probably have to be about 400 deep which isnt a problem when making the cabinet yourself. If you do decide to buy an off the shelf carcass make sure you take the back out and cut good circulation top and bottom of the cabinet. If you are getting a ktichen fitter to fit your kitchen just buy the panels and the door and they will know what to do. If you are getting builders in get the cabinet as they normally need all the help they can get when fitting a kitchen:)

  • I make these all the time when fitting kitchens. No two are the same.Depends on the size and location of the boiler and the manufacturers fitting tolerances and ventilation requirements.Howdens will have the materials to make any cabinet you wish.If you are having a kitchen fitter do the work,he should be able to knock something up without too much bother.
