I now have IE7 and quite like the tabs, just getting used to them 
When someone puts a link in a post, it opens a new window, not a tab, is there something I can do to make it do a tab?

Click Tools - Internet Options - General tab. Click Settings in Tabs section and there should be an option there to open in a new tab.0
