How about them checking you receipt and seeing that you have used a voucher to pay. Then adding that together.

Is it true that you can only get a DTD on an item once as someone mentioned earlier on? I thought you could back the next day and buy the same items again if you wanted to.

Mine is around £60 on this email address. I *stupidly* submitted my 4 receipts to this address, forgetting I had already used it. I should get at least 2 of the receipts back, but they have sent emails through for all 4.
If they are tracking via IP address that would make sense.

I paid card *but never used this card before at Tesco*, no clubcard.

But I then inputted the voucher details and the vouchers are sat there. Odd

Yep but if they check a receipt and it has had a £20 coupon used, and then they check another receipt and that has had one used and another. Then theoretically after 3 shops, you could be over the limit on one email address. Just a thought. I can't see the IP address issue being used. Too complicated for them.

It is a fraud squad alerter. If you go through with a DTD voucher that you have:
used a clubcard with
used a credit/debit card with
already gained DTD on
obtained in a Tesco's

they press the button, the barriers come down and several tesco managers army-roll out of the back room, holding rather large lighters. They then pin you to the floor while they burn your receipts and take away your betty crockers.


...or so i've heard.

So if the vouchers are there, could the emails have been spewed out by some random programme? It doesn't make sense to me (but then a lot of stuff Mr T does doesn't make sense to me):cool:
