Tesco/Asda Pricechecker Thread - part 3

Has anyone had success using the £2 coupon (found inside the 56 Finish dishwasher tabs pack) on the 56 pack? It says on the coupon only for 20,30,40 packs but thought I remember seeing someone had successfully used on the 56 pack!

It would be really helpful if all those posting items confirmed today, could take a second to check their receipts against the LIVE SPREADSHEET the link for this can be found in post two

If you could add SPREADSHEET UPDATE to any items which need updating, it would really help us to ensure that the SS is as up to date as possible

Goodfella's Deep Pan Meat Feast Pizza (409g)

down to £2 in T and now £2.48 in Asda - so no longer a DTD. Please amend spreadsheet

also it looked like a lot of the goodfella pizzas were on offer in Tesco - staff were amending Sel's when I was there.

I've been to return a toothbrush (£10) for 2 reasons... 1- The receipt had the last 4 digits torn off and 2- it was the wrong toothbrush anyway.

I'd used a £7 DTD voucher towards it. Told CS that i'd bought it for my neice and she has one already.

CS lady asks which voucher i used. I told her a price check one, she said "What was cheaper at Asda, this toothbrush??" I said "no? I don't remember.. just groceries."

She went to speak to her manager for aaaaaaaaaaaaaages before she finally came back, speaking to me like shoite i might add.

"We can't refund you if you've paid with a coupon as the coupon has no monetary value"

I said "it's ok i'd prefer a giftcard anyway". She said "no, no refund at all"

Then she says "on this occasion they'll refund" and she gave me cash. :huh:


Is that even true?? I've not seen anyone else mention this?
