Ah i'm not waiting for vouchers today as i had a day off yesterday... i feel a little empty inside :( :rotfl:

congratulations on your baby girl jonaylor! :T

I've been to return a toothbrush (£10) for 2 reasons... 1- The receipt had the last 4 digits torn off and 2- it was the wrong toothbrush anyway.

I'd used a £7 DTD voucher towards it. Told CS that i'd bought it for my neice and she has one already.

CS lady asks which voucher i used. I told her a price check one, she said "What was cheaper at Asda, this toothbrush??" I said "no? I don't remember.. just groceries."

She went to speak to her manager for aaaaaaaaaaaaaages before she finally came back, speaking to me like shoite i might add.

"We can't refund you if you've paid with a coupon as the coupon has no monetary value"

I said "it's ok i'd prefer a giftcard anyway". She said "no, no refund at all"

Then she says "on this occasion they'll refund" and she gave me cash.

Is that even true?? I've not seen anyone else mention this?

Heres a quote from the price check terms & conditions. I would print them out, go back in and ask for the manager to read them to this particular troll....

    RETURNS
    29. Where an item is purchased using a Price Check voucher and the item is subsequently returned, any refund will be offered by way of a Tesco money card only.
