I've just inventoried my first eight days on DTD (14/03 - 21/03 inclusive) and, my god, without the £20 cap, it was bloody mental wasn't it? No wonder Tesco implemented the cap. In those first eight days, I got enough stuff to feed and water two or three families for a month! I'm now scared to do the rest of the dates!

    DEAR SPREADSHEET EDITORS:

Firstly - I'd like to echo what terryrees has said previously... exactly.
Me also for Filter on the spreadsheet please! You can then use it to print out your shopping list.

And for anyone (including myself) still confused on the lamb deal, in the quantity column think in terms of Kilos. Enter 2.5 or 1.9 or whatever size you think you will get. Although you will only see one digit, the totals at the top work out your spend and DTD value to the exact weight you've put in. I have input several pretend weights and written down the dtd so that when I do my shop I can hopefully top up to the max with other stuff. Hope this makes sense!

Hi& thanks but no it had previously been confirmed on the spreadsheet salmon fillets fresh from the counter T £2.50 A £1.80 ( i think) bought 4 & came back as NA today, never mind i have gained allot so can't complain really, i buy it anyway, but normally buy it when on offer for a whole salmon & freeze, £10.00 for 4 fillets i do think is overpriced!

That's a shame, but thanks for letting us know, it was on my list for tomorrow:( Oh well. Beef it is if I can figure out the right one to get. How much are people paying for an average size beef? Just so I can work out how much of my voucher it will use.;)

Its a good job you don't live near an old peoples home and have to do all their shopping then!!..and store it at your house or you would have even less room in you already bulging cupboards and freezer!!!!....LMAO

:)I used to have a life............................... before MSE!!
  • so have i got this right...

for example i was needing sun lotion and if i bought it in tesco the ambre solaire kind at 9.99 and bought two different factors so 19.98 total....asda have it £5 each so £10. So would dtd be about £20 therefore i am only paying 2p for the suncream?

Or am i getting mixed up...

Is this dependant on adsa price still being £5 on the day i buy it at tesco?

    TIA

From my own cursory glance at the thing, it seems to refer to the key right at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
