Popped into Halifax today with family - managed to pick up the Handtrimmed Rack of Lamb (looks well tasty!), Betty Crocker Pancake stuff, Loads of beer and wine, sausages and BBQ stuff - split shopping and ended up handing over about £30 cash on top of 2 x DTD and 2 x Co-op (5 off when spending 30)
Should be getting 2 x £20 back tomorrow! Happy days:T:T

I wonder if someone could shed some light on this please? :

Think it was on thread 2, that I read of an offer, for posting in receipts of various band name items~lynx was one of them, to receive a voucher back.

I'd be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction of information/website. Many thanks!

I have just tryed that & just got the "This receipt is already being processed, and you should receive your email soon so that you can view your results and see your shop compared to ASDA" saying

How long does it take? We shopped yesterday at 3 & entered the details about 4pm

Normally returned within 24 hours, but can take up to 36 - I'm pretty sure if it says "processing" then there won't be a problem. Good Luck

You need a large covered casserole dish (I use my MIL's ancient enamel roaster) - could cover a roasting tin with foil I suppose. Cut the knuckle end off with a hacksaw if its too big for the dish. Cut 2 onions in sections and put roand the lamb. Stud with rosemary sprigs and pour in a couple of glasses of white wine, cider or apple juice.

Cook for 4 hours or so at 160 degrees. I glaze mine with rosemary and redcurrant glaze from M& S or plain redcurrant jelly for the last half hour (take the foil'lid off for this final half hour. Use the juices and onion in the gravy.

    Enjoy.

that sounds lovely...will try it for easter sunday :) got one in cooking now, roasting in the oven covered with foil with a honey and mint glaze to go with it...didnt have any wine in the house today tho...:( will try your recipe next time, thank you :)
