Who do I inform to get something changed on the SS? I posted something 17 pages back and it's not been changed so I don't want people accidently buying it.
    Thanks.

How are those who have more than one voucher to use doing that? Straight after each other? Or bring one to the car and do the next?

....can someone clarify something, I just had a terrible experience with my £6 voucher from a thorntons egg last week. Bought Topside joint, magnums and roast pots in goose fat, took to the cashier who refused to accept the voucher without the supervisor.

She came over told sa to cancel transaction and marched me to the customer service desk. She recalled the transaction and said that as it was done at the cs desk I would not be able to price check the shop for this transaction (i guess to counteract all the voucher recycles)

Does anyone know if I submit my receipt whether it will go through (as transaction was on cs desk?)

    MTIA

(She also gave some speil about not being able to accept the voucher without a cc which I didnt have with me! )

I have also been 'marched' over to CS and had a transaction recalled. I submitted it and received DTD ;)
    A fairer CSA for all

The numbers at the bottom of the receipt and voucher should match. However several uneducated half wits at Tesco fail to understand that we have a 24 hour clock and 13:55 is the same as 1:55 and also occasionally their store number has a 0 or 1 as well.

So I had to stand there arguing with a Supervisor and Manager. In the end took their names. Told them to read their briefs off Head Office, and I'll phone and complain tomorrow. Some people who have done this have had vouchers.

In the meantime all my shopping was defrosting 'cough cough'

    SS UPDATE

    TOTAL £25.44 £14.71
    2 x HOT CROSS BUNS 6 PACK (1 kg) £ 1.00 * £0.70
    1 x TESCO FRESH WHOLE CHICKEN LGE 2.00-3.50KG (1.94 kg) £6.19 £4.64
    1 x SURF SMALL & MIGHTY TROPICAL 1890ML £8.99 £5.00
1 x T.BEEF TOP SIDE TOP RUMP SILVER SIDE JOINT MED (1.092 kg) £9.26 £4.37
    1 x OLD BAG RE-USE CLUBCARD POINT £0.00 N/A

I took a chance with the chicken as ss says lincolnshire, but mine said west country. Label said 3.19/kg and works out at 3.10 for a 6.17 chicken
