Anyone else jumping every time their email refreshes to show one new email?! :rotfl: Still no lovely Tesco voucher for me yet tho...

Have you tried going back into the Page where you entered your email addy & the receipt details & re-entering them, then re-submitting? Sometimes your Voucher is there & you can just print it off. I find I usually get the vouchers much quicker that way - it often takes ages after for the email to come through. If it's not ready, you'll just get a little message screen saying "we're still processing it" - at which point I have a mild tantrum :D

As for saying about not having a clubcard and paying in cash....well some people (including me) genuinely DON'T have a club card. What are they going to do - make clubcards compulsory for all shopping in Tesco in future, and refuse to accept cash??!!!

I got the Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvingnon yesterday (works out 51p). Think it might have been confirmed already, but I'll let you know if mine worked when my voucher comes in.

I think the Yellow Label Chardonnay may also be waiting to be confirmed.

you bought the wrong wipes, you need to go for natural care, they are currently on BOGTF, so you can either buy one or two packs, dont take the third, cheers

Definitely phone customer services and explain. They should be able to trace the voucher and see that you're not over the £100.

Some stores really do seem to be a nightmare with this. I'm very lucky in that so far my store has been no problem at all.
I would definatly get the managers name and if he is only a department manager I would ask to speak to the store manager,If I had no joy I would phone up Cheshunt head office, explain that the manager is being totally unreasonable and unfounded and you were totally embarressed by the incident and you feel Tesco is not honouring its word. You do have statatory consumer rights.Dont be scred or intimidated by the suits,Hope this helps
