Think im gonna take a chance on the gammon joints tomorrow, worth a shot. Anyone tried these yet? Just thought if the beef is matching with such a varied description then i will give the gammon a try

RE THE BEEF

I picked up 2 packs in one basket today, and I'm sure one of them is the wrong pack.
It looks very similar to the correct one, but is IRISH beef rather than British, and has no price per kilo on it. Other than that they are very similar.

I won't know for sure until the confirmation comes through, but I have a feeling the Irish one won't match. I'll just keep it anyway, at least the other pack should work.

Yes, if Asda did DTD, it would still work well the other way round. I can easily find things much cheaper at Tesco.
