Nope, the links are where they have always been

Don't save a link to your favourites as they change, save post two and you will always have access to the latest updates ;)

errmmm how do I do that please.

but is Mr T clever enough to see 'coupon' on the reciept and know that I haven't received a DTD voucher at the new email address that I'm trying to claim my latest DTD voucher. I would have recieved my dtd voucher (which is now used) at another email address.........

just had a email from cs to say i have exceeded the £100 limit only had £60 total in vouchers been waiting for the voucher since wednesday

That's me EXACTLY! Well, phoned CS and got told:

Beverly: I think the Terms and Conditions have changed to £80. Can you please check?

Me: No, the e-mail states £100 and I haven't exceeded.

Beverly: Can you check the t&C?

Me: You're CS, why can't YOU check?

Beverly: Sorry but I don't have access to it.

    *SERIOUSLY?!?*

    Me: Doesn't matter - the e-mail STATES £100 limit, not £80.

    *Puts me on hold*

Beverly: I'll fwd this to IT and they can look through your e-mail acct and trace it back and get back to you.

Me: By the way, I've checked - T&C still says £100.

Beverly: Sorry, they keep changing the terms and conditions. I'm not really sure of them anymore.

Me: Also, can I get your name please?

    Beverly: It's Beverly.

    Me: And your surname please?

Beverly: Just Beverly. We don't give surnames - sorry.

    Me: Ok, thank you anyway.

Shocking training, Tesco-isms. Now it's a waiting game... Hope "Just Beverly" comes through.

Just wondered if you are allowed to spend a voucher in an express, I know you aren't allowed to earn them, but what about spending one? I just wondered as I saw you could spent in a filling station (although not on petrol) Thanks.

Yes you can spend anywhere, just cannot do DtD at expresses.
