Try driving at 30 miles an hour all the time, just for one day...you would never get anywhere and get beeped at all day...it is nigh on impossible.
I don't advocate wreckless driving or going 50 in a 30 or 110 in a 70 but get real.... 35 in a 30!!! Even the police give you a minimum of 10% lleway.
The law is 10% to allow for the difference in your speedometer and their speed measuring equipment - it's actually 10% + 3 before you'll get points/fined.
However if you look a the difference in hitting a person at 30mph compared to 33 or 35, you'd drive at 30 without question i'm sure.
I can honestly say as someone who values a life more than getting somewhere 3mph faster, i do not get beeped at all day and it is possible.
In this case the law is really there because it saves lives.Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0 -

Hi sorry if this has already been asked but in the T&C on the tesco pricecheck site it saysThe number of Price Check requests is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount of Price Check Vouchers that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household.
When all they ask for is your email how do they know how many each household has claimed?:j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0 -

Please, can you guys take the speeding discussion down to discussion time/the arms? It's hard enough catching up on this thread when there are hundreds of posts a day0 -

Nobody knows, however the only limits which we have heard of being imposed so far are 1: claiming over the limit on a specific email address or 2: individual stores being insanely proactive and looking out for specific people.0 -

That would just be torture.
Hi everyone, not been able to keep up most of the day. Have got MIL obsessed with this and although she doesn't use forums i've got her onto mysupermarket and she discovered John Smiths Original http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Beer/John_Smiths_Original_Bitter_38_4x440ml.html
I'll add it to the SS so if anyone's had this confirmed already then let me know.
Can't wait to find out if the toothbrushes worked tomorrow.
