    Firstly I wanted to make sure that people pick up the 50% extra free Tetley Tea Bags (240 for the price of 160), or rather for the price of 12p!!

    Also has anyone had any issues at the checkout when they cross reference the details on the receipt?

    I know they only use a 12 hour clock, but I have also had a couple that have leading zeroes (which is fine), and others that lose a digit.

    As the Terms of use state.. "for purposes of verification, the details shown at the bottom must match the details on the original receipt or delivery note"

    A word of warning re MULLERLIGHT CHOCOLATE YOGURT 6X165G
    My Price check receipt says;
    Tesco 3.00 Asda 2.90 (instead of the 1.50 the spreadsheet says).
    Still some DTD there but NO LONGER FREE PRODUCT.
    I flagged this up a couple of days ago, but guess it got lost in all the posts. All the multipacks have gone up in Asda so you're best off buying the single pots...

    Is anyone else waiting for a voucher from a shop submitted on Tuesday? I submitted another at the same time and that came through (different email address obviously).

    I was just wondering how long people wait before chasing with Mr T, and also what number to call. Is there a saynoto0870 option?

    TIA

  • Hello to all :wave:

    Been reading this thread today after being directed here by a friend and as an "outsider" who hasn't (yet!) succombed to the collective money-saving feeding frenzy I must say that the sense of entitlement that some people are exhibiting in this thread is quite impressive.

    The terms and conditions of this offer state "Where we suspect that any false or fraudulent claim or one abusing the spirit of the Price Check scheme is being made, we reserve the right to refuse to issue or redeem a Price Check Voucher." Surely its clear to everyone here that the vast majority of the tactics being discussed here fall squarely into this category. Eg. making multiple small shops, going to different Tescos in one day, creating different email addresses (for all the extended family...) changing IP address, stocking up on pancake mix in case of world shortage etc.

    Ok, a loophole exists. Good for all of us. Fill your boots but if you get rumbled, then all this outrage is misplaced. Be happy with the amount you've got away with and move on. Or try another method to try and extract your next 20 quid. Maybe wear a disguise or change your name via deed poll :). But going to the media and or a solicitor does not make sense and is not going to acheive anything, especially if you've been on here detailing exactly what techniques you have been using, and following each shop with a detailed gloat on the unlikely combination of products you have bought.

    I'm not making a moral point, becasue I like a bargain as much as the next person, and I'm not going to lose sleep over Tesco making less billions than they already do but lets just take a step back and put all this into perspective. Make hay whilst the sun shines!

    Hope this isn't a stupid question, but can you claim dtd for shopping bought online and delivered?
