Hi all, just back from T, was in so much of a rush I just grabbed 6 large bottles of Fairy and paid £3.60 (went through SS tills) and left - without DTDing! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I'll go to my local this evening though, heaven forbid that I should go without my DTD fix. :rotfl:

Although the Fairy thing is making me wonder what other amazing Grabbits I am missing out on lately... :rotfl:

Bottom line - last Ill say on any of this returning business is - if you havent had DTD on your stuff and you want to go to Asda to buy it because its £8 less thats your perogative and thats what I would be doing -
If Tesco arent playing fair and not sending vouchers through /not finding receipts/ n/a'ing items that are definitely comparable then in all good conscience if I havent received DTD Ill take them back.
Also, who says they'd been paid for by DTD voucher - actually two of them were paid for by cash as they were on behalf of other family members.

    I agree 100%.

Yesterday we were returning from a DTD shop and I drove into the cul-de-sac to find a parking space. There weren't any spaces and when we turned round there was a tesco delivery van at the other end of the road blocking the exit. We thought they were onto us and had us followed home.

Luckily the van just moved out of the way and the driver didn't break my kneecaps or anything.

Ha! Just had an email from Asda on the backof all this -

"You can trust the Asda price guarantee"

"Asda price guarantee - and we mean it!!"

Thats so funny - may send onto CEO office with my last email attached and ask Tesco why they dont mean it!!!!!

ive noticed recently they have got really stingy with the green points.when i worked there a few years back it was
    1 green point-normal bag
    2 green points-bag for life
    3-medium bag
4-large re usable bag ..up 2 20 green points if u stuck it all back in a big trolley.

got some older reusable bags that have use this bag and get blah points -going to start using them so they cant argue

if i go through the self service i always push the own bags button:D

Anyone else having problems with the price check site? I sumitted my receipt for online shopping on Tuesday evening and still no result, so way over 36 hours now. I keep re-inputting it on the price check site and still nothing...:(
Same here. Two vouchers missing in action. Not happy!

Been out and used a DTD voucher on Fairy, 12 bottles for £5.46, 750ml ones, got other offers to, so not recycling this voucher, but pleased with what I got. Still no vouchers for yesterday???

Still a good deal. Don't throw the receipt, I can't find a link to a web site where you can print a form and send it with your receipts if you buy products like Fairy, shampoo herbal essences, Lenor, Flash etc and they send you a voucher (£5 if you spent £10).[STRIKE] I will post the link, just have to find it.[/STRIKE]

    Found it:

    i have messed up today:mad:

bought some easter eggs, 3 of them. when going out of the shop, i noticed sa scaned it 4 times. i thought i will go to cs to ask for a refund. customer services guy SIGNED MY NEW RECEIPT, i took the receipt and walked out of the shop. didnt even took my £2.00 refund.

i think i really need a break, i am messing up now.

Hi there, newbie here, so forgive me if this question sounds silly to the experienced DTD'ers out there, but what is the issue with the receipt being signed?

The price went up at Asda, so I think you only get 50p or something now back. You'll see the latest if you check the spreadsheet out (link on post number 2 or 3)

Have look at your reciept it should have something indicating refund or price error and a signature. If so this should not affect the dtd, print it off and explain anyway.... the cs bloke told me this what happens ne way wen i was overcharged and claimed dtd
    SIMPLES!

It sure works, but it isn't worth it anymore - have you looked at ASDA's price? £9.97, so the DTD would be £0.46.
