All this waiting around for vouchers means that I have at least been able to clean the kitchen and bathroom today. The Flash wipes and the Dettol apple have come in handy.

has anyone bought the easter eggs with mugs (i.e. 2 for £12 as opposed to buy one get two free)? i think it only came on yesterday, so wont be confirmed, but wondered if anyone has taken a chance on it?

Been out and used a DTD voucher on Fairy, 12 bottles for £5.46, 740ml ones, got other offers too, so not recycling this voucher, but pleased with what I got. Still no vouchers for yesterday???

Just had a reply about numbers on the reciept being different to voucher:

Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to learn that there have been differences in the way your receipt numbers are printed on the store receipt and the double-the-difference voucher. I can understand your concern and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Therefore, I've looked into this for you and can confirm that the colleagues in our stores have received a brief on this issue. However, if they're ever in doubt over a voucher, they are not supposed to reject it straight away. Instead, they should call our customer service line under 0800 - 50 55 55 and we'd be happy to check the system and confirm if the vouchers are valid.

i have messed up today:mad:

bought some easter eggs, 3 of them. when going out of the shop, i noticed sa scaned it 4 times. i thought i will go to cs to ask for a refund. customer services guy SIGNED MY NEW RECEIPT, i took the receipt and walked out of the shop. didnt even took my £2.00 refund.

i think i really need a break, i am messing up now.
