Hi guys, just back from a shop with OH.
I managed to do my shop ok using my voucher no problems,
OH on the other hand was accused of fraud!!
His cashier didnt know what to do with the voucher and called a team leader over who blatantly accused him of trying to use a fraudulant voucher because the scissors were in the wrong place....
He tried to inform the team leader that it was a genuine voucher sent by tesco because his shopping would have been cheaper at Asda but she was having none of it and refused to serve him, taking all his shopping with her.
This voucher is genuine, we both have our own email addys, none of us have gone over our 100per month...
where do i go from here please..It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.0 -

I think it's probably a bit late for you now and not much help with your current problem. But could you open a free hotmail account or similar for your relatives that don't have email addresses? Also if they have clubcards they could give you their spare card/fob and you could use that too, proving it's a shop for a seperate address?
None of my relatives are that interested in this to be honest as they don't have the time or inclination to work it all out properly, and I don't have the time to shop for them too as I would be too scared of the hassle to try and put through more than one transaction at at time (I saw someone else try at my store last night and the supervisor was being called over) I think a lot of people will have the same attitude as my relatives and apart from us not as many people will be taking this up as we think. Well I hope so anyway!0 -
These are Tesco Terms and Conditions.... they are not UK Law... The only way this could land you with a criminal record is if you were forging receipts and coupons.
My parents have gone away today for 6 weeks abroad... the last thing I said to my Mum last night was "I'll try not to get arrested by the Tesco Police" and she got all worried, lol... I reckon I'm gonna get daily texts asking whether Mr T has knocked on my door yetIf a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!0 -

Hi All,
As others have already done, I just want to extend my thanks to every single person that has contributed to this thread!! You are all amazing!!
I am getting made redundant in July and will be becoming a stay at home mum to by 16 month old son. Money is going to be very tight (it will be worth it) but you are all helping me stock up on non-perishables that are going to help make the coming months a little easier.
Thanks Again!0 -
