Can anyone just explain what N/F means please???

How can it be N/F if the item is genuinely cheaper in Asda? Surely you can complain about this??

Under normal circumstances yes, but I think the general feeling is to keep the complaints to a minimum and just accept some of these N/F (not found I believe) It is after all a lucrative promotion and there are plenty of confirmed things available that we know will work :)

This means Tesco claim to have not found a comparable item in Asda. It does happen for some items which we can clearly see are the same, however the T&Cs state they will not entertain queries on such items.:(

Remember that its not everyone in here, there is an astonishingly selfish and greedy group that wanted this spreadsheet kept private so only they could benefit, should they get their way there is another bunch ready and able to make sure a list of products remains avaliable to all.

I dont think thats fully fair. I never gave an opinion either way on the spreadsheet "public/private" debate but I wouldnt judge those that did. Everyone has reasons for wanting it public or private, so I dont think to call them "astonishingly selfish and greedy" is right until you know and understand their reasons. I wouldnt call you things for wanting to share it. This is a community group and we have all shown great community spirit by helping each other and sharing experiences. Namecalling doesnt really have a place here, IMHO.

I would actually have voted it public, but felt it was none of my business so didnt express an opinion either way. I didnt make the spreadsheet so have no right to tell them what they should do with it!

You dont if you dont want to get banned from points/DTD! Im looking on it as they are free anyway so just leave it at that - still getting school vouchers too!

Is this a ring in??? We could highlight the missing vouchers on there - there are more than is acceptable going astray now in my humble opinion!

FWIW, I am using this DTD for items that I need and work to a budget so can't afford to spend part of my precious £100 on lamb (although I'm sure its fab).

Hi Money Maker, Fancy bumping into you over here as well!!!
You're obviously much more disciplined than me, as my budgeting has gone slightly out the window as my DTD addiction grows!! :D:o

But at least in my defence, I'm just reusing my interest free student overdraft I was paying back, and will put the money back in as and when I would have had to do a weekly shop so it all evens out again!! :A

Going to stick my neck out here and say that this to me proves the point that we are abusing the system - as if you catually did your normal shop you are saying that you wouldn't get anything back i.e. Mr A would not be that much / any cheaper.

The system / their offer is that your regular shopping would be cheaper than Mr A. What we are doing is purposefully buying the most expensive items and ignoring the good offers and cheaper items.

Not wanting to start an argument and I am doing this along with everyone else, but I think it's fair to say that this isn't really "in the spirit of the promotion" :o

The 'spirit' of the promotion is open to interpretation.

No abuse is being done except savvy shoppers 'exploiting' the pricing structure of Tesco. Exploit is the word I will use. Not abuse. In any case, Tesco is abusing it's dominant position in the retail market to impose high prices on certain goods in hopes that someone will buy them.

Plus, how are you to define what is a regular shop anyways? My regular shop can be lamb and roast potatoes. It is perfectly legit.

Tesco can either pull the promotion or make their prices competitive with Asda to stop us. I hope they don't. I like it now. :D
