Went in yesterday doing a DTD and handed in my voucher (still on A4 sheet of paper) and the guy stared at it like he had never seen one before, then scanned it and went "oh right!" then he stood for a few minutes and slowly ripped round the scissor-marks! while doing this he ripped some of the numbers off the bottom (which im guessing makes it void when head office get it, as they wont know where it came from). i then passed him my receipt, which he screwed up and threw it on the floor in his cubicle thing! When my OH went through after me, my OH began ripping round the scissor-marks (to save him some time). However when he handed it over, the guy ripped round them again, going into the voucher completley and ripping off numbers! He then asked my OH "do you want your receipt for clubcard points?" My OH said no and so the guy screwed it up and threw it on the floor again. The guy then gave us a really big smile, said "have a lovely day" and continued serving. It was VERY confusing.0

if this is right can one of you helpful tecchi guys explain to me how to do this please...
I am not a techie but...
Open the spreadsheet, go to file, save a copy (this will open a new window). Enter the quantity in say Betty Crocker (:D) and look in the Cell D1 - Cost and then in Cell G1 Potential Cost of DTD
Hope this helps! Now debt free and working towards saving my 1st £1000!0 -

Maybe hes confused about the offer and thought he had to rip it to prevent it from being used again? Very strange though!0 -
How many are glued to the TV watching Lorraine this morning waiting to see what Martin has got to say to the public :money:.
The clip mentioned free ice cream, I know a place where you can get that from too :beer:0 -
Hi Everyone
I am totally new to all this DTD and have never done it before. I am planning on dragging my poor 3 year old round Tesco's this am after play group to see if we can find some lamb and a few other bits. I was planning on printing off the spread sheet to help me know what to look for as I don't have a phone that i can view this on whilst going round.
My question is should i print it off before playgroup at 9.20 this am will it be up to date ish then or should i quickly come home after playgroup at 11.15?
Have to admit I am a bit nervous about trying this and loading it all up and paying for things and hoping it works ok?
Thanks for all the guidance with the spreadsheet and the links by the way and I found out about this thread from the weekly email
Jilly
You should be ok in most cases as i'd expect price changes for the week to have happened by now, obviously there may be the odd exception but no one can tell you what they are.
Just remember that vouchers are limited to £20 so may mean you need to split your shop into several smaller shops to take advantage of this.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0
