Tesco really need to set up a DTD aisle.
Everytime I shop it's like being a contestant on supermarket sweep :D

    What a fab idea!!!! :T:T:T:T
LOL at those of you who are worried about the ammount of shops you do a day in tesco.

A good tip is wear a homecare uniform, you can buy them from shops for £12, not a bad outlay for the ammount of free stuff your getting..........lol

I work as a homecare and i go to our tesco at least twice a day doing some old persons shopping, nobody thinks anything as i have my overall on....................

Thanks for the tip off... is it bad that I am actually considering doing this??? :rotfl:

LOL @ HopePray's OH and the cat food fail!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Who was DTDing in the GOOLE store around 9pm tonight, i was behind you at the tills, be very careful in future.as you left the store the sales assistant called the manager over and was telling him about you using 2 vouchers and another straight after on self service tills. they went on to say they will check the footage and show staff members to watch you. Please only use 1 on each visit. As i was standing listening it was coming close to my turn... and yes i had a voucher i was sh**ting myself. it all went fine she told me people are abusing the system and only buying stuff they know is cheaper in asda. i think i will give that store a miss for a few days.

Good grief  - my OH gets a detailed list (item, price at Tescos, etc) and gets told not to deviate. :o

You can 'tell' some of them until you're blue in the face - doesn't mean they will take any notice though!

I have searched the forum and found similar problems but can't find outcomes ...

finally mum took the voucher and filled her basket and was refused to use the voucher ... first one we have had ... because of the time "being incorrect" I had explained to mum it was 24 hour but the SA refused saying to "phone Clubcard and explain that we have entered the time incorrectly" Mum said no and that she was aware it was an issue with Tesco software but they stood firm. Mum was a bit embaressed and just left quickly apparently.

It was for £30 from a couple of weeks ago . I am not in the country until after it expires and don't want to have mum upset trying fruitlessly again. Has anyone with this problem had it resolved? If so how?

    thanks

Nightmare! Complain and get an apology from the store (and hopefully a gift card) for the embarrassment!

Tesco put the rice on offer at the same price as asda for the last couple of days so it's a returning one! Didn't know the price had gone back up, so a good spot :T
