Think the t+c's may have changed a bit - but could be wrong.
    8. No correspondance will be entered into and no refunds will be given for products not being matched on Pricecheck.

Nope, no change to that, that has been there for the week that I have done this. It is annoying as clearly there are products that do match with Asda but they haven't put them on the system. If only they would use mysupermarket to gather the data ... (it claims to be independent, despite Asda seeming to contract their data and using them in advertising!).

In fact, all supermarkets could all save themselves time by submitting their pricelists daily to mysupermarket (or some other independent company) who would do an independent price check daily, that each of the supermarkets could then use. It is mighty odd that all of them are claiming to compare against one or other competitor, so there are now teams of people sat in each organisation gathering data each day - one team could do the lot and save money .

I agree - when this is over I'll be avoiding supermarkets as much as poss, this has just highlighted how overpriced they are and how they will just put their prices up and down when they feel like it!

Quite concerned about potential changes to t&cs.. watching channel 5 no waiting for the ad..

I totally agree - Ill feel especially strong if Tesco start just not sending back vouchers for receipts submitted!!!
The writing along the bottom of the add seems to still be as always was - its just been on ITV and E4 too-

hope they honour todays batch gone in so far..

The T & Cs have not changed and they are legally binding so I believe they stand.

    Also

on the price check site currently
    1. Does this apply to products that are on promotion in Asda?
Yes - all Multisaver :p:p(e.g. Buy one get one free, 3 for the price of 2 offers) and Price Cut promotions (e.g. was £1.00, now £0.90) published on Asda's Grocery website are included. We do not include Linksaver deals (e.g. Meal Deals) or deals across whole Categories (e.g buy 6 wines, get 5% off) for either Tesco or Asda.
Trust this settles everyone down :A

I had the plessure of having the store detective follow me around today and stand watching me whilst i went through the till.

Maybe it was a bad idea telling him whats the point in robbing when i can walk out the door legitimately with the stuff for nothing, think i will give that store a miss for awhile.

    would this be too naughty??

Just had the new Tesco Add on the tele. Says price check subject to terms . Multi savers not included and must have 50% comparable basket or something like that , it went so quick .
Sorry if its already been mentioned but do not have time to check all posts .

Is this the first time you have seen the pricecheck adds?

I dont think anything has changed and the upside is that by showing these ads it demonstrates they have no intention of pulling this offer anytime soon... although a part of me wants it over....

Gutted, I was enjoying watching my name is earl but thought maybe it was only on c5 so switched channel!

I think there will be a major kick off if they stopped sending vouchers, also if they get really picky about their t&cs - either their cheaper then asda or their not and either they do DTD or they don't! I don't think it would be fair to say, we give you dtd but you have to spend twice as much as your voucher value to be able to spend it.
