Im going to try getting some lamb rack today...any idea how many I would need to feed 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids? Any cooking recommendations?

They look quite small when you look at them in the pack, but it is virtually all meat. I would say three or four packs (but I am quite greedy). I put some olive oil on them and browned them in a frying pan before putting them in the oven for about half an hour with a bit of garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Delicious. Will be hunting for more of these at the weekend.

1 pack for you and OH, and 2x pizzas for the rest!! far too good for children, :D

Actually knowing my fussy lot they would probably prefer the pizza!
Please God, help me stop spending!

Ha ha. My OH said that to me too as he didn't want them to get a taste of the finer things and be disappointed when this promotion stops. Doesn't stop him stockpiling the expensive wine though!

I reckon a lot of you on here are more organised and efficient than Mr T himself! He should employ you all and increase his turnover.

I'm pretty sure we're boosting his turnover quite nicely, but sadly for Mr T I suspect we're not doing the same for his profits
