Do you have an official e-mail with a name attached which i can quote to C/S in tesco in Cardiff area, who still seem to think a "Before I shop" coupon from Coop is a "photo copy" or "computer download" (what in this day and age?) and is totaly unacceptable.

I know I'm in Wales but some of the houses in my street have even got running water!!!!

If you PM me with an email address then I will forward it in to you if you want. This was only received tonight in response to my local tesco being GITS and refusing to take co-op vouchers from me, and and coupons at all from my husband.

Has anyone else had Herbal Essences appear on the receipt (not Price Check) simply as Shampoo £3.33 and the Gillette Proglide simply as Razor £9.99 please? Slight panic that they have changed the computer but maybe it is simply too long to itemise?

Noticed tonight when I was in that a lot of the BOGOF/Half price etc finish today therefore get ready to update your lists tomorrow (in theory, it may make it easier for some items already on the list as you don't have to leave the free one behind, which is tricky to do, plus may make some more expensive to match against!).

    Many thanks

I noticed this on tonights shop, Herbal essentials listed as shampoo, Colgate listed just as toothpaste, links shower gel just as 'show gel' and Sure deodorant listed just as deodorant.

Tonight is the first time I've noticed this, hope it's not a problem

Mens Sure deodorant hasn't been added to the spread sheet I put it on the Prices thread earlier today, how does an item make it to the spread sheet?

When one of the admins spots it!

Can you pm it to me and I'll add it.

I'm confused about the offline spreadsheet. How does it get updated? Is it as simple as one of the editors copy/pasting the whole sheet across? Will that carry all the advanced formatting across? How many editors are there on the offline version to be able to do this regularly enough?

I am an editor and have been adding bits onto the main sheet tonight, it's quite time consuming, i think we need more editors... most of the stuff i was updating hadn't been done and it was old.
