Hi, I think the thing is if a person has an issue with a seller, they tend to mark u down in all categories, not just one. Maybe you could take a look at the cases which have been opened against you and see if there is anything you could have done to avoid the case being opened in the first place. One thing I do is to message all my buyers about 5 days after I've sent the item, just to check everything was OK. This then gives the buyer an opportunity to let you know if the item has arrived or if there were any issues and gives you the opportunity to remedy things before bad stars are left.
Are the cases all being opened over the same thing or are they lots of separate issues?

I feel a bit like an astrologer on this but I'll give it a whirl!

From your stats my guess is you sell low priced items with inclusive postage.
Description: You probably need more detailed item descriptions.
Communication: Try and use Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro to automate payment received emails and let customers know when you dispatch.

Dispatch: I'd say your dispatch times weren't too good, if you list second class, try sending first class for a couple of weeks, or dispatch next or same day.
Postage & packaging charges: Seem good, so I'm assuming you use a lot of inclusive postage as these automatically get 5 stars.

What are all the open cases for? You can get the odd one or two in 3 months by not doing anything wrong, but ten looks like something amiss.

Also look at what you may be doing different to when you were TRS. Is what you are selling different? Are prices higher? Are you selling more?

It may be that if you are selling enough and earning enough then TRS isn't anything to worry about.

I've got two major seller accounts, one is TRS and sort of needs to be, the other goes in and out of being TRS but it doesn't really matter as most of the customers are repeat ones and being higher up in search (it's mainly auctions) isn't a big deal and the discounts are just a bonus.

Did the seller advise you of the problem before they opened the case? Or did they open it without any prior contact?

i did not realy know the seller i bought it from it was his mistek not me..

Regardless of whose mistake it was, Ebay will hold you, as the seller, responsible. You have entered into a contract with the buyer to provide a certain item and if the item is not as described then you have broken your side of the contract

so it has been 3 month still in above stander it looks like i well not get my TRS after 12 month.

Do you respond to emails the way you write in this thread?

If so it doesn't look too professional, spelling mistakes (could use spell check) and mostly lower case letters.

If you are sending same day first class and they are higher value items, consider sending by courier, you may also be being marked down for things like packaging, poor pictures (perhaps stock pictures for second hand items).

Tighten up everything you do and then see what happens.

the fact that you are even asking makes me think you are selling a large number of items without having a clue...
don't mean to be nasty, but if you can't even tell that you are not doing well at all, means you are not in a position to protect your account, and may find yourself limited and even suspended at some point.
You need to spend time understanding how ebay works, before selling such a large amount.
ebay forums are a good place to start, there is a lot of good advice, very detailed.
