    companies like these clearly know people are naive and desperate, the OP has proven that on both counts, harsh lesson but hopefully it'll be the kick in the stones you need to be more vigilant with your personal details
  • Hi. I have to very recently (past 2 days) been cought by these too. Been having email "conversations" also with Kate!!! Whoever she is i bet she sleeps well at night :)

    Basically my bank have told me to email them finally stating their own T & C's that i have to right to cancel etc... ask for a refund, you might ge tlucky but if not lesson learnt.

    But I have had all the same responses as the above emails too... i also called a number for their "address" in wood st in London and they said Eze loans left the building a yea ago and theyve had nothing but trouble with people trying to contact them since.....

    yes your exactly right ezeloans have left the building about a month ago according to regis who own the building they also told me they have informed the police as so many have complained about ezeloans i ask everyone who has been ripped off by ezeloans to email watchdog@bbc.co.uk with your story so we can try and stop them from ripping others off and there is a small chance we may get our money back if the police catch up with them. good luck simon
