reclaim questions

hello,
I am toying with the idea of reclaiming my bank charges but have a couple of questions:
1) I m currenty overdrawn (living on the overdraft) it's about a year, so should I clear my o/d before making the claim or it doesnt matter?
I am afraid that once I start the proceedings they will demand all their money back imediately
Will this have an effect on my Barclaycard? (dont want to reclaim on this, YET, but will they want to close this account too and ask for the money owned straight away?
2) once i go ahead where do you post the letter, to the head office or local branch?
That's all for now thanks!

1) The bank may close the account, so you would have 30 days (or whatever term is your T&Cs) to repay the overdraft. You should try and open a parachute account with an overdraft facility matching that of your current account. It shouldn't affect your other accounts with the same institution.
2) There should be some addresses on this forum, otherwise your local branch is fine, they will only pass it on to the relevant department anyway.0
